The Texas Conservative Coalition has compiled a side-by-side comparison of the platforms of the Republican and Democratic parties.  The five categories used in the side-by-side platform comparison are the same five from the TCC "Pledge with Texans", the conservative caucus' legislative agenda for the 82nd Legislature:

• Balancing the Budget without Raising Taxes
• Limiting Federal Intrusion
• Improving Election Integrity
• Cutting Taxes
• Securing the Texas Border

The TCC side-by-side platform comparison illustrates how the five core conservative issues of the TCC Pledge with Texans are incorporated in the Republican Party platform and rejected by Democratic Party platform.
