Read the March 2, 2009 letter urging support for the idea, which meets the criteria laid out by the TCC Board of Directors in a February 11 letter which asks fellow legislators to ensure that federal "stimulus" funds be used only for "non-recurring expenses for capital outlays, equipment purchases, [and] technology enhancements."
