Warren Chisum
State Representative Warren Chisum was elected to the Texas Legislature in November 1988. He is presently serving his 11th term in the Texas House of Representatives. Representative Chisum represents House District 88, which includes 19 counties located in the Texas Panhandle.Â
Representative Chisum is a founding member and President of the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute (TCCRI), a not-for-profit entity which acts as a source of legislative policy information for the public. He has also served three years as a board member of the Texas Conservative Coalition (TCC).
Warren and his wife Omega live in Pampa, Texas and have two married children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
