  • The growing power and influence wielded by the federal government has resulted in state actions to support their rights - and in some cases to reject federal authority.  This New York Times article is instructive as to actions taken by other states to enforce their rights under the Tenth Amendment, and should serve to reinforce similar efforts in Texas.
