Representing House District 127, State Representative Charles Cunningham has been a consistent conservative force in the Texas House of Representatives. Representative Cunningham joined TCC in 2023, and since then, has been a key supporter of major conservative accomplishments. Most recently, he voted for SB 2, which established the largest school choice program in the nation. Other major accomplishments from the 89th Regular Session that Representative Cunningham played a role in include robust bail reform (SJR 5), cutting property taxes (SB 4/HB 4), improving election integrity (SJR 37), and curbing foreign influence (SB 17).
